The centrepiece is a premium German tent of 50 × 20 m (1,000 m²), fully fitted and climate-managed. Inside, around 220 guests are seated — 50 VIP and 170 banquet — with a secured seating zone reserved for the Prime Minister. Guests arrive along a red-carpet approach framed by the flags of Egypt and China. A HENGSHENG-crowned gateway leads into an elegant lobby with a branded reception desk, floral arrangements and an independent VIP lounge beyond — a dignified, secure and photogenic first impression for officials, partners and press.来宾沿红毯动线入场，两侧列阵埃及与中国国旗。顶部镶嵌恒盛标志的入口通向典雅门厅，内设品牌接待台、花艺陈设，其后为独立贵宾休息室——为政要、伙伴与媒体呈现庄重、安全而极具画面感的第一印象。

The ceremonial stage — 12 × 4 m — is built for the formal programme. A 10 × 4 m main LED screen anchors the centre carrying the official identity and the HENGSHENG mark, with a podium and professional microphone for addresses.
